GetOffshore.ch provides consultation services to assist with company formation in different countries. We offer expert guidance on selecting the appropriate jurisdiction and navigating the registration process. However, we do not provide accounting services, tax filing, or any ongoing financial management for your company. Clients are responsible for handling their own tax obligations and compliance with local tax laws.
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation and registration process. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your home country and the jurisdiction where your company will be registered. Our services must be used solely for lawful purposes. Additionally, you must maintain the confidentiality of any materials or information provided by GetOffshore.ch and refrain from sharing them with unauthorized parties.
The initial consultation meeting costs $150 and must be booked and paid for in advance. Once payment is received, the meeting must be scheduled within 3 weeks. If the client fails to schedule the meeting within this timeframe, a new payment will be required. The $150 consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of the chosen service package if the client proceeds with our services. We do not offer refunds for the consultation fee, except in cases where we are unable to attend the scheduled meeting. Refunds for service packages are only provided if we are unable to register your business. However, the initial consultation fee and any fees already incurred for the registration process in the chosen jurisdiction will not be refunded.
At GetOffshore.ch, we prioritize the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. We ensure that all client information is handled with the utmost care and is used solely for the purpose of providing the services requested. We employ robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, it is also the client's responsibility to safeguard any information or materials provided by us and to ensure that they are not shared with unauthorized parties.
Both GetOffshore.ch and our clients must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. We provide guidance on the legal requirements for company formation in various jurisdictions, but it is ultimately the client's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including those in their home country. Any legal advice or documentation provided by GetOffshore.ch is based on the information available at the time and is subject to change as laws and regulations evolve.
While GetOffshore.ch strives to provide accurate and reliable services, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information provided. Clients are responsible for verifying the information and seeking professional advice as needed. In no event shall GetOffshore.ch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement for services at any time with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the date of termination. GetOffshore.ch reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or any other violation of these terms and conditions.
All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by GetOffshore.ch, including but not limited to materials, documents, and software, remain the property of GetOffshore.ch. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for the purpose of company formation and related services. Clients agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials without prior written consent from GetOffshore.ch.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including disputes regarding the interpretation, validity, or enforcement of these terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
In the event of any dispute or claim arising from or related to these terms and conditions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable period, either party may seek resolution through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization]. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties.
This provision shall not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or preserve the status quo pending resolution of the dispute through arbitration.
All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by GetOffshore.ch, including but not limited to materials, documents, software, and methodologies, remain the exclusive property of GetOffshore.ch and its licensors, if any. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of company formation and related services.
Clients agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the materials provided by GetOffshore.ch without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
GetOffshore.ch respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects clients to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by our services, please contact us immediately to report the infringement.
